3. Bookings and Cancellations

To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and respect for other clients, the following booking policies apply to all appointments (Spagyric, Jaw Balance, Facial Analysis, ColdPlasma, Pilates):

  • Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or clients who fail to attend their appointment ("No-Show"), may be charged a fee (e.g., 50% or 100% of the service cost).

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€).

  • Payment Timing: Payment for single sessions is due at the time of booking or immediately following the treatment, as specified during checkout.

  • Packages: Class packages (e.g., Pilates 10-Class Package, ColdPlasma 10-Session Package) must be paid in full in advance. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Appointments already booked and confirmed will be honored at the price active at the time of booking.

5. The "Phoenix Rising" 12-Week Program

The following terms apply specifically to the purchase of the 12-Week Online Program:

  • Access: Upon purchase, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program materials for your personal use only.

  • Login Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

  • Refund Policy for Digital Goods: Due to the immediate digital nature of the program content, refunds are generally not provided once the portal has been accessed, except as required by consumer protection law.
